Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Divain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure that the products remain in their original packaging and that any security seals are intact to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Secure the Package
Carefully pack the perfume bottles in their original boxes and place them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed and confirmed.
